Depending on the form, we may receive a prospective customer’s identity, role, organisation or facility, city and country, phone number or WhatsApp, optional email address, organisation type, general project information, demonstration preferences and a free-text message.

What the forms do not request

No medical data is requested. No patient data is requested. No medical file is requested. Visitors are asked not to send this kind of information in a free-text message.

Purposes

This information is used only to respond to an enquiry, arrange a demonstration, assess a project and manage a commercial or institutional contact request.

Anti-spam protection

The forms may use Cloudflare Turnstile anti-spam protection. It helps verify that a submission is legitimate. No secret key is exposed on the public website.

Retention

Information relating to commercial enquiries, demonstration requests and contact requests is retained for a maximum of 24 months from the last meaningful interaction with the prospect.

Where no subsequent interaction takes place, this period runs from the date the request was submitted.

Where a contractual relationship is established, data required for that relationship may be subject to separate retention periods.

Cookies and analytics

The website does not install marketing analytics, advertising pixels or marketing cookies. No marketing consent banner is therefore displayed.
